Casina Rossa Abruzzo Olive Oil EVOO

This extra virgin olive oil was pressed from Gentile, Intosso and Ghiandaro olives, native to Abruzzo. The olives were processed strictly by mechanical means using no heat or solvents. Well-balanced and fruity, this oil has a medium intensity with notes of green tomato and a lingering herbal finish. It is excellent for all purpose use including salad dressings, grilled meats and vegetables or for finishing pastas and drizzling on soups and stews.
