Cantuccini Pistachio and Limone

Falcone Pistachio and Citron Cantucci are a variant of the traditional biscuits from Abruzzo, known for their long shape and crunchy texture. Instead of the usual almonds, Falcone Pistachio and Citron Cantucci use tasty pistachios as filling, mixed with candied citron for strong, bittersweet taste. They are prepared following a double cooking process, and they go particularly well with tea and limoncello.
