A store favorite!  Due Formaggi Sugo al Pomodoro is a silky rich pasta sauce with the flavor of two classic Italian cheeses, perocino and aged ricotta. Casina Rossa's award-winning sauce is handmade in small batches using ripe tomatoes from Abruzzo, extra virgin olive oil, celery, carrots, onion, basil, garlic, sea salt, parsley, and citric acid.  This sauce is rich enough to eat simply over polenta, but also over pasta, chicken breast, or roasted fish.
