Join us for a class in which we celebrate the flavors of summer and you learn to prepare a delicious menu of 3 courses paired with a selection of amazing Italian wines. If you have been to our cooking events, you know the food is always fabulous and pairs well with the wines for a fun and educational experience. You will receive the recipes and can purchase the food ingredients and the wine served in the shop at a special discount to recreate this great meal at home. Seating is limited in the 2 sessions, the sessions are at Noon and 2 PM.
Chef Dawn will explain how she made the first 2 courses and will demonstrate the preparation of the 3rd course. Bobbi will introduce the paired wines with Russ Lorber of Wide Roots wine importers. Hope to see you for this event in our Trattoria Simpatico at 104 Railroad Ave. Salute!
