One of Italy's most rare and captivating whites — Vitovska is an ancient grape native to the rugged Carso plateau near Trieste, found nowhere else in the Mediterranean. Rado Kocjančič is one of a small handful of producers who helped rescue it from near-extinction.
Hand-harvested and completely natural, this wine shows delicate floral aromas, white peach, pear, and a distinctive minerality from the rocky Carso terrain. Soft and fresh on the palate with a clean, saline finish. Perfect with seafood, light pasta, or fresh cheeses.
