Marovato Risotto with Saffron

Another delicious one pot meal from Puglia!  Made with saffron and carnaroli rice it pairs well with red and white meats or seafood.  Add cocoa powder and cream as directed on the back to get a unique yet easy risotto.  Easy One-Pot meal!
